By purchasing and using MRRbar ("the App"), you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, don't use the App.
MRRbar grants you a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to use the App on any Mac computers that you own or control, subject to the Mac App Store terms.
MRRbar is a macOS utility that displays revenue metrics from RevenueCat and Stripe in your menu bar. It requires you to provide your own API keys to these services. The App does not provide financial advice.

We recommend using read-only API keys whenever possible.
MRRbar displays data as received from RevenueCat and Stripe APIs. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of this data. Revenue calculations (especially Stripe MRR) are approximations. Do not use MRRbar as your sole source for financial reporting.
The App is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We don't guarantee that the App will be error-free, uninterrupted, or meet your specific requirements.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, MRRbar and its developer shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App.
Refunds are handled through the Mac App Store according to Apple's refund policy.
We may release updates to the App from time to time. Updates are distributed through the Mac App Store.
MRRbar integrates with third-party services (RevenueCat, Stripe). Your use of these services is subject to their respective terms of service. We are not responsible for changes to their APIs that may affect the App's functionality.
You may stop using the App at any time by deleting it from your Mac. We reserve the right to discontinue the App at any time.
We may update these terms. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
